See today that Galway has been selected as the final stage destination of the Volvo Ocean Race 2012. Magic! With beautiful scenery around the city and the lovely port in the centre of the city it was no contest, but perhaps memories of the 10,000+ attendance at the nightly party might just have influenced organisers just a little bit!! I'll drink to that!!
